Ordered by phone - very nice lady. Unfortunately then the pommew and the sauce were missing. There was a long black hair in the lettuce (hair net?). There was still some earth on the lettuce. Otherwise it has worked well so far, this time it was anything but good.

Pleasant environment. The soup is delicious for the star. We ordered a Krokodil Grill plate ... The meat was cold, it looked like they had it pre-grilled, because we didn't have time to eat a soup and they already brought us another, which really can't be grilled so quickly .... tasteless meat , no salt or pepper.

Very nice location. We played billiards. Unfortunately not so nice with a mask, but that's not up to the operator 😊. But I've always felt at home here! Very nice staff!

So first of all the conclusion: the other crocodile bars are much better, lousy service management, long waiting times, very disappointing taste, tasted like bad ready-made food, seared with fat and served dripping with fat. Side dishes came after 20 minutes, main course after another 30 minutes, ... cheeky service at reception / behind the counter. Never again! Price performance is no longer the same as it used to be. There are enough wait staff, but the kitchen is overwhelmed and extremely bad. Suitable for drinking beer ...

In the past, you could get a crocodile plate for around 12 euros and a little more for one euro more. Today it costs well over 18 euros! And to charge 4.20 euros for a glass of 0.4 l Coke is a cheek! A few years ago it was 3.70 euros, which is also very expensive! The food is often either not really warm or dry (meat). The staff was also friendlier! The last time I was there we (6 people) were turned on by the boss for no reason! Today I thought I'd go back, but after seeing the prices online on the map and reading some bad reviews, I love spending my money elsewhere. It's really a shame what happened to the store! When the old menu with more dishes was there many years ago, the place was great!

The amount was ok, but you couldn't eat much of it because everything was dry. The food used to be better a few years ago. A new chef would be an advantage. Comfortably furnished but that’s it again.

There were four of us in the evening, we were led to the table with an unfriendly reception, after twice asking us to order the food, the lady in charge came to the table 25 minutes later with a very unfriendly appearance while the order was in between sometimes rolled her eyes by the turbulent lady, After we got the food half an hour later, which of course is too long even though there were few guests, we wanted to have dessert at 9:45 p.m., whereupon she said the kitchen was already closed and we couldn't order, with a very unfriendly tone .. where she didn’t even say thank you when collecting the money or wished to see you again, so she’s been there for the first time and never again! Unfriendly staff up to no longer so cheeky, because “customer is king” failed here. If you don't feel like doing the job then you shouldn't. Very incompetent and unfriendly staff. Then there are the very long waiting times. The location itself is ok.

When we were there for the first time in 2018, like many times afterwards, it was very pleasant and beautiful there. But today in August 2020 we were initially ignored for a long time. Finally we got a card but only the weekly card, and instead of at least two for two people, only one. We then got the second card ourselves. When asked, we found out that there are also burgers and salads, but my impression was rather reluctant. A sour Russ (yeast wheat with mineral water) came sour as an ordinary shandy. That also hardly bothered the young lady when I pointed it out to her. The burger was quite good but tandoori chicken with rice was just unsalted rice with a little tandoori chicken. Criticism regarding was only accepted without comment when paying. The receipt was then only grudgingly given when explicitly asked. There was also the fact that nothing was done about the wasp plague. There are very simple home remedies. So our impression was that something went wrong here from start to finish - and there was a lot more than just one employee there who was very disinterested and inattentive. Conclusion: not again soon!

We are always very satisfied. Good food, nice staff and fast service are very happy. Hopefully for brunch again soon

The food is delicious. But the waiters asked us if it tasted good and kept going before they even heard the answer. On days with certain offers, it's certainly not bad.
